The workcamp in Flateyri was a good one

"I actually couldn‘t get enough of the first workcamp so I went directly for a second one -- of course again and then far deeper in the overwhelming beauty of Iclandic nature: Flateyri in the Northwestern fjords! ... and don‘t think just because it‘s quite far away of any bigger city that we hadn‘t fun!!! ;-P"

From a volunteer in Dynjandi workcamp

This camp was great experience ! i‘m so happy about this trip ! It was
a really nice human experience, and a true moment of sharing.
I met wonderful people from all around Europe and the workcamp was
cosy and well organised. I want to let you know that the camp leaders
were very good at organising the daily life, the work and the
activities. They are very good persons.
We had good fun and i think we all miss each other by now.

As well, the area of Pingeyri and Dynjandi are very beautiful places
to work, and the local people are very welcoming.

I really felt like on holidays and i am so going to come back
someday !!!

Workcamp in Þingeyri and the Dynjandi waterfall

Iceland was the best that could ever happen to me. Me and my group of volunteers from all over the world enjoyed everything - the landscape, the local people‘s kindness and hospitality, the accomodation, the free-time activities, the food ("eating camp :-)), the partys and even the work! I‘m sure that every single person will come back to that wonderful country.
